Green Cville LLC was started by Harrison Grubbs.  Harrison is a realtor in the Charlottesville area and has become one of the best known “Green Realtors” in the area.  The more he learned about “green materials” and techniques, the more he realized that many contractors and architects are using the same methods and materials that they have used for the past twenty years.  He started spending a great deal of time consulting and talking to clients about upgrades they make to their homes that will not only improve their quality of life, but are also adding tangible value to their home for resale.  He realized his clients desired a full range of consultation services...regardless of whether or not they are buying or selling a house.

Now, Green Cville LLC is set change the way people think about building and renovating.  We offer a full range of consulting and services and are a Licensed Contractor by the Commonwealth of Virginia (2705 115655).  We pride ourselves on using the most up-to-date methods and materials to guarantee that our houses will function better, last longer, and be more energy efficient.

Green Cville, LLC is certified by the United States Green Building Council to consult and lead our clients through the steps required to gain LEED Certification. We are also certified to build Earth Craft homes and can lead you through all the steps to earn your full accreditation. Whether you are starting from scratch or want to upgrade your existing plans, we can see to it that you get the certification you desire.
